By providing your signature and CC number you authorize Dependable Service to charge your card monthly or annually (depending on the payment option you select). You are agreeing to an annual membership that will automatically renew every year on its anniversary. If a monthly plan is chosen, your card will be billed on the 15th of every month. If payment is unsuccessful your membership will be placed on hold until payment is received. If you ever decide to cancel, please email dispatch@dependableservice.com stating your desire to do so. Please note: programs can only be canceled with no fees before your first service. After the first service you are responsible for the full annual payment and the loyalty agreement will be canceled on its anniversary date.
