Apprenticeship Program

We offer an apprenticeship program to train men or women that want to start a career in the HVAC and/or Plumbing trade. Many companies may be hiring, but we are looking for talented people who are willing to learn the HVAC and/or Plumbing trade, work hard to advance within the company, and make Dependable Service a career.

Our proven, structured apprenticeship program will have you prepped and qualified to hit the ground running as an HVAC and/or Plumbing technician with a good starting salary upon program completion that is higher than some college graduates.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals that have a goal to become a long-term asset. You will be joining not only a team, but a family, where we respect the life/work balance!

Must be mechanically inclined, be able to pass a drug screen, pass a background check and have a good driving record. Must have reliable transportation and be punctual and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

This is a paid program, with good hourly compensation and the opportunity for company benefits. Responsibilities:
• Learn how to perform the installation, maintenance, repair and operation of mechanical equipment and systems.
• Learn how to maintain reliable and efficient operation of customer's HVAC systems/Plumbing and critical environment areas.
• Learn how to use ServiceTitan software

Upon completion of our accredited program, which includes classroom and field hours, you will be offered a full-time technician position. You will also be certified with the DOL.
