“Technician showed up on time. He quickly assessed the issue with the air handler (faulty capacitor) and had it up and going quickly. Tech offered other services: recurring service plan, air purifier and system replacement. Reason for 3 stars- tech reinstalled the air handler cover upside down and was getting ready to “tape” it closed because he was unable to get it to fit correctly. I told him it didn’t look right, his response was, “Yea it won’t go back on.” I was not comfortable with this and offered to help. I used his tools to reinstall the cover the right way. Tech insisted on taping the cover afterwards- which I was fine with, he bent the cover in a few places that I had to fix, again with his tools. An unknowing customer would not know any better and that’s unacceptable. Also, while signing the documents on his phone a text popped up from “Vicky” asking if he was almost done. While it’s not a big deal, it’s not professional.”
