“I had my Heat Pump/AC replaced in the summer. Michael came out and looked at the current system, did home measurements and then made some recommendations as to systems and some reconfiguration of the duct work. The system was replaced, and several days later Michael stopped by again to inspect the work and ensure I was satisfied. I had some issues with the thermostat, Michael looked at it and then contacted another technician to come by. He looked at it and then replaced it, and again they followed up to ensure it was working properly. I called again recently for assistance in completing paperwork for a rebate from Santee Cooper. Michael again showed up promptly, came in and completed all paperwork and then submitted it to Santee Cooper. He promptly answered my emailed questions. My interactions with Michael have been professional, courteous and efficient! I am very happy with the Service before, during and after installation.”
