“Richard came in, introduced himself, and listened to what our needs/issues were. He performed a thorough plumbing service, identified service things that needed repaired/replaced. Explained how to care for the dishwasher, did a mini-flush of the hot water tank, explained how to rid a stain in the toilet bowl, etc. This was really the most thorough plumbing service we have had with the company, and we have been members for 5 years. We hope to see Richard again to service our home!”
