Plumbing Service Technician Apply Now
Position Summary: To provide maintenance, repairs and replacements on a wide variety of residential and commercial plumbing systems according to company standards providing the customer with the ultimate client experience.
Work Hours: Flexible - Range from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with ½ hour lunch, as determined by Division Manager. Alternating on-call schedule; some weekends and evenings (On Call Rotation).
Pay Rate: Up to $90,000 Annually, depending on experience
Qualifications Essential Functions:
- Valid Drivers License
- Insurable Driving Record
- 5+ years of residential experience preferred
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, organized
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes
- Willing to work in all types of weather
- Considerable knowledge of standard tools, methods, and materials of the plumbing trade
- Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work
- Well organized and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of Plumbing Code
- Knowledge of diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to install water heaters, toilets, disposals and faucets
- Ability to service common residential plumbing equipment
- Basic understanding of gas a plus
- Perform drain cleaning of branch lines and main lines
- Ability to use leak detection equipment
- Ability to service light commercial systems is a plus
- Ability to properly care for and operate jetters and mini excavators is a plus

HVAC Mechanic Apply Now
Our HVAC Department is unique in the fact that everyone who comes onboard will get trained in both installation and servicing. So, if you currently have either Installation and/or Service experience, consider speaking with our Division Manager to discuss how we might be the right choice for the next step in your career.
Position Summary: Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This includes diagnosing problems, performing routine maintenance, and making necessary repairs to ensure the systems operate efficiently and safely. May also be involved in energy-efficiency upgrades and explaining maintenance procedures to customers and could be asked to assist with training less experienced HVAC Mechanics with installation and/or service.
Work Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Alternating on call schedule; some weekends and evenings (On Call Rotation).
Pay Rate: This position’s rate of pay is strongly based on the candidate’s level of experience in service and/or installation.
Qualifications and Essential Functions
** It’s not required for a successful candidate to possess all the below, but they will need to have the ability and motivation to gain the knowledge to perform them. **
- Valid driver's license
- Insurable driving record
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
- Demonstrate a willingness to invest in tools used in the Service of HVAC equipment
- Demonstrate the willingness to invest time in-service training seminars and classes
- Excellent customer service skills
- Work from a 28' extension ladder and a 12' step ladder
- Knowledge and ability to evaluate a customer’s complete HVAC system to ensure its life and efficiency and the safety of home
- Understand and communicate the benefits of preventative maintenance
- Knowledge of Low Voltage systems
- Knowledge of heat pump and components, of refrigerant cycle and gas-fired equipment operation and components, if a plus
- Safety knowledge of tools and testing devices
- Ability to test and balance systems
- Understand and communicate the benefits of preventative maintenance
- Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and can communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to residential and commercial customers and coworkers
- Operate scissors and genie lifts in a safe manner
- NATE Core Certification, preferred or willing to obtain
