There was an issue initially with the scheduling of the technician for the previous evening, a miscommunication which was partially my error. I have learned that the internet help screen is not reported to the office immediately. The office may not see the report until the next morning. If you need immediate assistance for an issue, you must call the office directly. I have use Dependable for years for both A/C and plumbing and will continue to use them.”
